We recognise that efficiency and attention to detail in the administrative and reporting process not only ensures satisfied customers, but also provides the most cost-effective solutions for them, as they do not have to waste valuable time and effort in dealing with the consequences of poor partner service provision.

On receipt of instructions, our operations centre arranges the earliest possible appointment for the client to be assessed by one of our physiotherapists, who then makes recommendations for treatment and rehabilitation. Treatment is commenced once authority is granted, and an end of treatment report is subsequently completed.


Our operations centre is staffed Mon-Fri office hours and the staff pro-actively manages each case to ensure that the client is rehabilitated as quickly as possible, and that the administrative processes are conducted efficiently, thoroughly and to agreed timescales. Our staff are available to deal with customer enquiries throughout the process.
